Personal Life-Style Choices Clash With Federal Judge's Professional Image: Stunning news broke about 9th Circuit Chief Judge Alex Kozinski's publicly accessible website featuring sexually explicit photos and videos on the same day began presiding over a an obsenity trial in L.A. Thanks to Scott Glover, whose June 11 L.A. Times article, "9th Circuit chief judge posted sexually explicit matter on his website" gives interesting details. The prosecutors have asked for a suspension of the trial until Monday, so they can examine the website issue. We bet they'll ask the Judge to recuse. We're not betting on whether the Judge will suffer any other consequences.
