Sunday Talk Shows: Sam and Deidre were both unhappy for different reasons. Sam's gripe was with Bob Scheifer, who acted astounded that General Wesley Clark would opine that McCain's having been shot down in a plane and held captive for years did not make him automatically qualfied as a leader experienced in military/foreign affairs. Deidre's disappointment was Sheifer's failure to ask Clark to respond to Joe Lieberman's claim that the war was going well, and leaving Iraq as Obama wants to do would result in Iran's taking over Iraq, along other diisasters. We need that job, or one like it!

Alabama's A.G. Troy King Over The Top: Steve Elliott's "Alabama Nut Job Attorney General Wants To Ban Sex Toys And Sing With Dead People", published in "Reality Catcher" is quite lengthy but worth the read, we assure you. The reason Elliott is so lengthy is there is so much to say about this man who, if one crosses him (even legitimately), apparently harbors a grudge that runs on forever, and sometimes leads to results such as criminal charges brought against the irritant. Concern for ethics, conflicts of interest, taxpayers money, criminal defense for indigents and the Bill of Rights have no place in King's world, according to Elliott's sources. This is truly a must-listen segment.

Which Obama Are We Gonna Get? We wonder a little. David Michael Green's "Now Comes the Hard Part" posted Friday on information clearing house wonders more than a little. We also discuss potential political landscape and the composition of the United State Supreme Court during an Obama term, should he be elected. Fun stuff!
We hope to return on Thursday July 3. Or maybe not, as everyone will probably be taking some time off for the holiday. Email us with comments/suggestions/ accolades in your spare time! Thanks.
